On April 21, 2008, Reef Finance was officially launched. The opening ceremony was presided by Dr. Jihad Al Wazir (Governor of the Palestinian Monitory Authority) with speeches of Mr. Frans Makken (Country Representative of the Netherlands Representative Office), Dr. Ismail Diaq (Chairman of the Board of PARC), Mr. Azzam A. Shawwa (chairman of the Board of Reef Finance) and Mr. Mohammed Abu Dalo (General manager Reef Finance). The ceremony was attended by the partners of Reef Finance, guests and invitees.
