Mr. Issam Arruri, Reef Board Chairperson signed MOU with Furat Compant, presented by its Board Chairperson, Muwafaq Daraghmeh, to establish frozen vegetables factory, and mainly french fried potato.
This MOU was signed under the auspices of DEEP program, Mr. Basem Dudeen, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry f Social Affairs, and Mr. Nawaf Atawneh, the representative of Islamic Development Bank.
Upon this agreement, Reef will own 55% of the cmapany's shares, and then whithin the first five years, Reef will gradually give up its shares to farmers, and the poor. then this factory will be owned by farmers and the poor.
